When I was a kid, I rode a small roller coaster that I didn't think was going to be that bad. Turns out, it was horrible. My friend that rode with me agreed. We started yelling while we were still on the ride, stop the ride, we want to get off!!
I'm feeling that way right now. This whole week has been one big blur. Although last weekend was great and very relaxing, I'm feeling the effects of everything going on around me. Two boys are in football, and one is demanding a lot of my time right now. So, I told one person at the bank, "Stop the world, I want to get off." She looked at me like I was nuts!
I know that this is just a season, and that someday my kids will be grown and gone and I'll miss these days. So, I will pray dilligently that God will help me get through all this one day at a time!!
