Growing Up......

It's hard to believe, but school has offically began. The summer went by too fast.....Although we did do a lot this summer. So, I have a freshman, a 7th grader, and a second grader. Of course, the two older ones don't want me to go in with them. But, Joseph let me. But something happened this morning. Instead of hanging on to me, and being kind of shy, he walked right in started waving to all his friends and hugging on previous teachers. It was then that I realized he is offically growing up. You know, you pray for the day when your kids will finally grow up, but when it happens, it's kind of overwhelming. He grabbed his backpack and said, "I got it Mom." He walked into the classroom and waved and smiled. I left realizing my little boy is not a little boy anymore...he is my little man.
