They heard it from the grapevine".
The children of Israel were promised Canaan, the land of milk and honey.
Pastor Moses sent out 12 spies to check it out. They found giants and big grapes.
10 spies came back with big eyes and scared, saying, "There's giants in that place!"
But Caleb and Joshua kept saying, "These sure are good grapes!"
They had their minds on God's promise and the good stuff.
Because they believed God and his promise, they were the only 2 that got to go.
The others died in the wilderness.
Good lesson for us, we can believe God and be overcomers or worry about the giants.
The only ones going to Heaven are the ones who believe they can.
BY the way: Joshua replaced Moses and gave Calab got the land of the big grapes, Hebron.
Joshua 13: And Joshua blessed him, and gave unto Caleb the son of Jephunneh Hebron for an inheritance.14: Hebron therefore became the inheritance of Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenezite unto this day, because that he wholly followed the LORD God of Israel.
I like grapes!
Thanks DAD!!
