School is in..

Well, school has officially started. It really different this year. Joshua is in 8th grade, which I can't believe, Demetri is in 6th, which is very exciting for him, and Joseph is a big 1st grader. I just don't feel like I should have kids this old. Not saying I'm not old enough, it's just that I'm loving being a Mom. Maybe it's because I'm a big kid myself. One thing my Dad told me before I had kids that I still remember to this day, "Be a kid yourself; never grow up." And I have tried to do that. Demetri has told me on many occasions, "Mom, I like it when you happy, not sad." It's hard to do all the time, but I am trying. All my boys make me laugh. And I believe that laughter is one the best medicines in the world. Sure, there are times when I want to go and hide; who doesn't. But, I'm enjoying being a Mom and all the things that come with it.
